Our client is a thriving SaaS company of around 100 FTE operating in the real estate sector. With 12 different product development teams totaling around 60 engineers, a dedicated platform/infrastructure team, and a specialized cell of 3 architects, they're building cutting-edge solutions for their industry. As Software Architect, you'll join this architect cell, collaborating with all teams to launch new features and continuously optimize their high-availability product suite.

You'll be responsible for safeguarding the technical roadmap and streamlining collaboration between multiple product teams. The role is split between overseeing the architecture for your own projects or larger initiatives within the architect cell, and providing strategic alignment with both business stakeholders and development teams through technical leads. With numerous innovative projects planned for the next 2 years, you'll be driving improvements while ensuring their mission-critical software remains constantly available for clients.

Your Profile:

You are an experienced Software Architect with a strong JVM development background who thrives in a multi-team environment. You have experience optimizing and modernizing SaaS apps with minimal downtime requirements, and you're passionate about balancing innovation with reliability. You excel at communication and have proven experience working across multiple product teams to achieve common technical goals.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in JVM software development
• 3+ years of experience in Architecture
• Experience with Cloud architecture (AWS), DevOps (Docker, k8s) and CI/CD designs
• Experience with optimizing and modernizing (SaaS) platforms
• Strong communicator and experienced working with multiple product teams
