Senior Site Manager Dublin Airport The CSR Group are working with a contractor who is seeking a Senior Site Manager for an upcoming project at Dublin Airport. The project is expected to run for two years, with further projects to follow. Candidates with a strong trade background or civil engineering experience are encouraged to apply. Package €85,000 €95,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities Lead daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour. Plan work sequences, deliveries and resources to maintain progress. Ensure works meet drawings, specifications and quality standards. Manage site safety, inspections and day-to-day problem-solving. Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver programme milestones. Requirements Proven Site Management experience on substantial construction projects. A relevant trade background or construction qualification. Strong technical knowledge; civil engineering experience is advantageous. Confident managing subcontractors, site logistics and deadlines. A hands-on approach with strong leadership and communication skills. This is an opportunity to take a senior site role on a substantial airport project, with follow-on work available.
