Site Managers

Site Managers Dublin The CSR Group are working with a contractor seeking two Site Managers for high-value aparthotel, high-rise and student accommodation projects in Dublin, typically comprising units. The client will also consider experienced Site Engineers. A strong civils background or carpentry trade background would be advantageous. Package €100,000 €110,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities Manage daily site activities and subcontractors from groundworks through to completion. Coordinate deliveries, site logistics and traffic management on restricted city sites. Oversee demolition where required, ensuring safe sequencing of works. Maintain quality, safety and programme standards. Work alongside a full-time Project Manager, with support from the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor. Requirements Previous Site Management experience or a strong Site Engineering background. Experience on multi-unit residential, student accommodation or similar projects. Confident coordinating subcontractors and managing tight site logistics. Strong technical knowledge and a practical approach to problem-solving. These roles offer the opportunity to join established site teams delivering substantial Dublin projects.
