We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor on a large-scale construction project in Norwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established project team and play a key role on a high-value scheme. We are looking for someone with a strong background in large-scale construction who is confident working within a Tier 1 environment and managing the demands of a busy project.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you will be an integral part of the project team, helping to ensure the successful delivery of the works on site. You will work closely with the wider project team, subcontractors and key stakeholders to maintain high standards across the project.

This is a long-term opportunity with a major contractor, offering the chance to work on a significant scheme in Norwich while progressing your career within a highly respected organisation.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience working as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor
• Strong leadership and management skills
• A good understanding of construction processes, quality and health & safety
• The ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and relevant construction qualifications
