Hôtel Président Genève, a prestigious establishment located in the heart of Geneva, is seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Manager to join its sales team under the direction of the Director of Sales.

Your Mission:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Corporate and MICE segments for our property. Your main tasks will include:

• Developing and maintaining a Swiss and international client portfolio within the MICE and Corporate segments.

• Actively prospecting new clients and expanding business opportunities both in Switzerland and internationally.

• Contributing to the definition of the sales strategy and its implementation.

• Developing promotional actions and representing the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and international events.

• Collaborating closely with the Meetings & Events team to ensure client satisfaction and the success of client projects.

• Analyzing market performance and commercial activities to maximize revenue.

Benefits

Your Profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a luxury hotel.

• You are fluent in both French and English.

• You are familiar with software tools such as Opera and MS Office.

• You have a strong commercial sense, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for teamwork.

• You are flexible, independent, and available for international travel.

• You have good knowledge of the MICE and Corporate segments and can create tailored commercial offers.

• You are organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
