Our client is offering the successful Senior Sales Manager:

• £35,000 - £38,000 Basic
• OTE of £55,000 (Uncapped)

Senior Sales Manager requirements:

• Have a full UK driver's license
• Previous managerial experience in Property Sales
• Proven track record of achievement
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Results-driven individual, hardworking, and focused
• Excellent ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
• Motivated to exceed targets

Key tasks of a Senior Sales Manager:

• Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
• Increase income, profit, and revenue growth aiming to create the largest market share in the area
• Develop long-standing relationships with clients
• Manage employee performance through reviews, meetings, and regular 121s
• Increase revenue and profitability through business and personal targets
