What You'll Be Doing

As a key player in our acquisition team, you will:

  • Proactively engage mid-market prospects by dialling inbound PPC leads and contacting existing O2 business customers
  • Conduct effective research to deliver credible, high-value customer conversations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
  • Present Aerial Direct with professionalism, energy, and passion
  • Deliver compelling commercial propositions tailored to customer needs
  • Confidently position multiple networks-with O2 at the forefront
  • Run engaging virtual meetings and solution presentations
  • Showcase strong mobile and telecoms knowledge to build trust and authority
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales records
  • Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Uphold compliance, industry regulations, and ethical sales standards
