Senior RTA Serious Injury Solicitor - Case Lead

Clayton Legal is seeking an experienced Serious Injury Fee Earner/Solicitor (RTA, Claimant) at Grade C in Wakefield. You will manage a caseload of serious injury claims up to £50,000, combining technical legal work with strong client interaction and ownership from start to finish.

Essentially, you will be a qualified solicitor or fellow of CILEx with a strong background in personal injury litigation, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven setting.
