Senior RBAC/IAM Manager - Oracle, ERP, Governance, Implementation, assurance, SC clearance.

Our client within the public sector requires a proven SC cleared Senior RBAC/IAM Manager with proven experience leading or assuring RBAC design and implementation in large-scale, complex enterprise transformation, ideally involving Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP, HCM, finance, commercial, analytics or corporate services platforms

Lead the Authority's plans, roadmaps, governance and delivery planning, with delivery manager support.

Represent the organisation in discussions with delivery partners and internal stakeholders.

Ensure RBAC covers all in-scope CSM applications, services, integrations, analytics and tooling.

Set and maintain principles, design standards and decision criteria.

Assure delivery partner designs and builds against CSM, architecture, security, data governance and operational requirements

Ensure least privilege, segregation of duties, auditability, access reviews and controlled role life cycle management.
