Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Package

I have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-disciplined building contractor that specialise in the high end residential sector on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Central London.

The company carry out new build and refurbishment projects in prime residential locations in Central London. They also undertake projects to listed buildings, restoring them to their former glory. They have a lot of projects on at the moment and a lot in the pipeline and are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor that has a strong track record working in the high end residential sector for a reputable main contractor or developer, ideally with experience working on new build and refurbishment projects. They need someone who can work autonomously and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor or Residential Developer
• Experience working on high end, luxury houses and apartments
• Ideally have experience working on new build and refurbishment projects
• Exceptional commercial skills and awareness
• Able to work autonomously on multiple projects
• Able to commute to Central London on a daily basis
