Salary: up to £80k

Location: London

We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based on a large, landmark £250M residential tower project in East London. The client is a London based contractor with a strong international presence, enjoying consistent growth and a healthy order book for 2015/16 and beyond.

The position is a site-based Senior Surveyor role. You will join the existing team responsible for procurement, placing orders, commercial management, and reporting of the project from commencement through to completion.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will need a good level of recent and relevant UK experience. You should have worked for recognised main contractors on a variety of projects; previous high rise experience is a definite advantage.
