Senior Project Officer

At the NSPCC, our innovative services are a vital part of our fight for every childhood. For over 130 years, we've been transforming lives by working directly with some of the most vulnerable children and families across the UK and Channel Islands.

Would you like to play a key role in our new School Attendance project? We're now seeking an energetic and passionate Senior Project Officer to join our Development and Implementation Team. initially focused in Grimsby and North East Lincolnshire, working in close collaboration with local partners to develop and test impactful approaches to improving school attendance over the next three years.

In this varied and fast paced role, you'll provide support to the Project Development Manager by managing workstreams, developing high quality resources, and working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to harness their insight, expertise, and lived experience.

• Knowledge of the education sector and knowldge of the complex issues young people face around school attendance
• Strong insight into safeguarding and alignment with the NSPCC's strategy
• Proven experience in designing and developing innovative, evidence based services

This is a home based, flexible role, but will include frequent travel to Grimsby and occasional travel to other locations across the UK.
