Senior Project Manager - Biopharma Engineering

Take ownership of a high-impact portfolio of capital and engineering projects at a major biopharmaceutical manufacturing site, delivering projects from initial concept and business case through design, construction, C&Q and final handover.

You'll lead projects spanning Manufacturing, Utilities, Automation/IT, Labs and Process Systems, including technology transfers, plant optimisation and capacity upgrades.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own multiple projects across the full project lifecycle
• Lead capital projects, technology transfers and capacity upgrades
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, safety and risk
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and vendors
• Drive design, procurement, construction, commissioning and qualification
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Validation and Procurement
• Present project progress, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Engineering degree - Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Automation or related
• 5+ years' pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical Project Management experience
• Strong end-to-end capital project delivery experience
• Experience taking projects through design, construction, C&Q and handover
• Proven budget, schedule, risk and stakeholder management experience
• Biologics manufacturing experience highly desirable
• PMP / CEng advantageous
