Job Description
Senior Project Manager - Biopharma Engineering 
Take ownership of a high-impact portfolio of capital and engineering projects at a major biopharmaceutical manufacturing site, delivering projects from initial concept and business case through design, construction, C&Q and final handover.
You'll lead projects spanning Manufacturing, Utilities, Automation/IT, Labs and Process Systems, including technology transfers, plant optimisation and capacity upgrades.
What You'll Be Doing- Own multiple projects across the full project lifecycle
- Lead capital projects, technology transfers and capacity upgrades
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, safety and risk
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and vendors
- Drive design, procurement, construction, commissioning and qualification
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Validation and Procurement
- Present project progress, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders
- Engineering degree - Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Automation or related
- 5+ years' pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical Project Management experience
- Strong end-to-end capital project delivery experience
- Experience taking projects through design, construction, C&Q and handover
- Proven budget, schedule, risk and stakeholder management experience
- Biologics manufacturing experience highly desirable
- PMP / CEng advantageous
