You'll have the support of a wider national structure, but the impact you make will be felt directly at the local level.

The role is based in Downtown Los Angeles, but the team understands the demands of the commute and the reality of balancing work with family life. They're genuinely flexible, and hybrid arrangements are absolutely part of their culture, especially for senior-level staff.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Mentoring junior staff and playing a key role in team development and leadership

  • Helping to shape the growth of the LA studio and contributing to broader practice-wide initiatives

What They're Looking For:

  • 10 or more years of professional experience in architecture with a focus on project delivery

  • Strong Revit skills and a deep understanding of technical detailing, consultant coordination and production workflows

  • Experience on complex, design-led projects such as cultural, civic or institutional buildings

  • Someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and keeping things moving efficiently

  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to invest in the growth of the team

  • Familiarity with local codes, permitting and documentation standards in California

  • Licensure is a plus but not required if your experience is equivalent

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • You'll have a real voice in shaping the direction of the LA office

  • The team is growing and needs strong leadership to match the pace of new work

  • You'll be supported by a national design firm with an excellent reputation and deep resources

  • Flexibility, work-life balance and long-term growth are truly part of the studio culture

  • Salary up to $135,000 for the right person
