Senior Product Manager (all genders)
Posted 1 hour 49 minutes ago by Avelios Medical
Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.
We are growing fast and want to keep expanding our team and business to fundamentally digitize healthcare for the better. We appreciate different backgrounds and see diversity as one of our strengths.
As a Senior Product Manager (all genders) you will take end-to-end responsibility for the product strategy and further development of our core product areas within the Avelios platform - from discovery to delivery to rollout. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, our Medical team, customers, and partners, translating market and user needs into scalable, robust product features.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where product thinking meets digital transformation in healthcare.

Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, and Implementation to enable predictable delivery: clarify scope, dependencies, and handovers; improve planning reliability; and raise quality and efficiency for the components you own
Plan and execute launches and enablement for your features by coordinating release readiness (documentation, training, internal roll-out prep), maintaining crisp stakeholder communication, and supporting go-to-market activities with the commercial and delivery teams

An international, informal team structure in a motivating start-up atmosphere, allowing you to participate directly in our customer growth story and the overall success of Avelios
Ability to gain valuable hands-on experience in a startup backed by leading international VCs
Support for your personal development through continuous learning and feedback
Set your own rhythm with flexible working hours and trust-based time tracking
