Senior Product Manager

comstruct, the platform transforming materials procurement for construction companies, is driving the shift to digital and automated processes. We're looking for exceptional talent to help us empower the industry with smarter, more efficient solutions.

We are looking for a talented and driven full-time holistic Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, defining features, and driving our vision forward in collaboration with a high-performing team.

In this role, you will shape comstruct's product strategy. Your work will directly influence our user experience and feature development, helping maintain our competitive edge.

As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 3 days a week.

What you will be building ️

• Define and develop a clear product strategy and vision to guide the team and roadmap
• Identify and qualify new opportunities through comprehensive market and user research
• Process customer feedback and usage insights, linking them to potential new features
• Create detailed acceptance criteria for new features and prioritize tickets effectively
• Document product features thoroughly and facilitate clear communication between sales, tech, marketing, and customers.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role working with complex, multi-featured products
• Startup or high-performing organization background
• Basic coding/database knowledge (SQL, Python, TypeScript)
• Strong understanding of competitive cases and market dynamics
• Highly structured, organized, self-sufficient, and a strong communicator with a quick, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and English

Nice to have

• Cross-departmental knowledge (Marketing, Sales, etc.)
• Experience with market entry strategies and understanding diverse market dynamics
• Construction industry background or building product for industry
• Mentoring experience with product managers or designers.
