Senior Private Residential Project Architect

Overview

Our client, a boutique private residential firm located in Kensington, specialises in high-end residential projects. With a close-knit team of 5 employees, they pride themselves on their strong collaborative culture. This company has built a stellar reputation for delivering exceptional homes in central London, particularly within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end private residential architecture, preferably with experience in conservation and listed building works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is essential, with limited exposure to Revit being a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a small, agile team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and an eagerness to learn and grow within your role.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges and regulations of high-end residential development in central London.

Work pattern

In this role, you will benefit from a hybrid work arrangement, working 2 days remotely and 2-3 days in the office located in W8, between High Street Kensington and Notting Hill Gate.
