This extremely impressive global law firm is seeking a Senior Pricing Advisor to join its Finance team in London. This is a highly visible, commercially focused role supporting partners and senior stakeholders with innovative pricing solutions, financial modelling, and strategic fee arrangements across complex, high-value client matters. You will play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, supporting global client fee deals, and embedding best-practice pricing discipline across the business. The role offers significant opportunity to influence commercial decision making, contribute to global initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor on pricing and profitability.
Key Responsibilities in this Senior Pricing Advisor role- Develop innovative and profitable pricing propositions to support winning new work
- Deliver complex financial models and scenario analysis for global and framework fee arrangements
- Support senior stakeholders with pricing negotiations, providing clear, data driven insights
- Monitor, manage, and project manage new and existing client fee deals, ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement fee arrangements into financial systems
- Produce best practice pricing reports and visualisations, highlighting trends and insights
- Provide matter level pricing support, including live pricing, presentations, and training
- Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategy
- Manage pricing databases, trackers, and documentation to support governance and consistency
- Promote pricing knowledge and capability across the organisation through training and support
- Proven experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial modelling, ideally within professional services
- Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to support commercial decision making
- Experience developing pricing and financial models to support complex engagements
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Highly analytical, detail oriented, and commercially minded
- Proactive, flexible, and confident working under pressure
- Advanced Excel skills (assessed during the recruitment process)
- Exposure to Tableau, PowerPoint, or SAP based analysis is advantageous but not essential
- Accounting qualification (ACCA / CIMA) is preferred but not required
