Job Description

Fin is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to own the Intercom helpdesk narrative and accelerate market adoption of AI-first capabilities. You will shape ICP, positioning, and messaging, then drive launches and enablement with Product, GTM and Lifecycle teams.

You'll work with customer-facing teams to translate insights into crisp content, stories, and assets that resonate with 25,000+ businesses using Intercom-based solutions.
