Senior PMM: AI-First Helpdesk & Intercom Growth

Fin is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to own the Intercom helpdesk narrative and accelerate market adoption of AI-first capabilities. You will shape ICP, positioning, and messaging, then drive launches and enablement with Product, GTM and Lifecycle teams.
