High End Buildings - Chelsea, Belgravia, Mayfair and North London

£55,000 - 65,000 + Van + Ipad + Holiday + Pension + Training to Commercial Gas + Progression to Team Leader, Overtime available + Company Events

The Role

• Attending technical problem solving call outs across high end domestic and commercial buildings
• Diagnosing complex plumbing and heating faults and implementing effective solutions
• Carrying out servicing, repairs, remedial works, and component replacements
• Producing clear written reports and detailed quotations
• Managing small works from enquiry through to completion

The Person

• Gas Safe registered with strong domestic experience
• Unvented hot water qualification
• Multiskilled with broad technical knowledge
• Proven experience in fault finding and diagnostics
• Confident and professional when dealing with clients and stakeholders
