Senior Plumbing and Heating Engineer
High End Buildings - Chelsea, Belgravia, Mayfair and North London
£55,000 - 65,000 + Van + Ipad + Holiday + Pension + Training to Commercial Gas + Progression to Team Leader, Overtime available + Company Events
The Role- Attending technical problem solving call outs across high end domestic and commercial buildings
- Diagnosing complex plumbing and heating faults and implementing effective solutions
- Carrying out servicing, repairs, remedial works, and component replacements
- Producing clear written reports and detailed quotations
- Managing small works from enquiry through to completion
- Gas Safe registered with strong domestic experience
- Unvented hot water qualification
- Multiskilled with broad technical knowledge
- Proven experience in fault finding and diagnostics
- Confident and professional when dealing with clients and stakeholders
