We're growing - and this newly created role will help shape the future of our Pension Administration operations. The Senior Planning Analyst looks ahead: exploring future scenarios, assessing the impact of new technologies, and helping leaders make confident decisions about where we go next.
Our Business Planning & Performance Team sits at the heart of our service delivery model. We give colleagues the forwardlooking analysis, strategic options and decision support they need to plan effectively, anticipate change and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role can be based at either of our Cheltenham, Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool or Leeds offices.
Responsibilities- Analyse future scenarios to understand how changes in technology, regulation or client needs could shape our operating model.
- Build structured scenario models to identify risks, opportunities, constraints and commercial implications.
- Evaluate emerging technology and potential solutions - assessing feasibility, benefits, dependencies and operational impact.
- Work with Process Owners and Operational IT to map current and futurestate journeys.
- Provide strategic options and recommendations in clear, decisionready formats for senior leaders.
- Support the development of business cases and prioritisation frameworks for future initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with experience in scenario modelling or strategic planning.
- The ability to evaluate technology solutions and understand their operational impact.
- Experience analysing complex servicedelivery environments, operations or multifactor problems.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops or discussions.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Business Intelligence or modelling tools is a bonus.
- A forwardlooking mindset - curious, commercially aware
- Financial Services experience is helpful but not essential.
