Senior Pastor: Vision, Teaching & Team Leadership

Village East seeks a Lead / Senior Pastor to serve as the primary staff leader, collaborating with the Elders to guide vision, teaching, and organizational health in East Belfast.

The role requires leading staff, preaching regularly, and maintaining alignment with the church's beliefs and the Acts 29 Distinctives as part of a gospel-shaped community. You will shepherd a growing congregation and work with Village Church South Belfast in mission.
