Senior Parts Manager - Auto Aftersales Leader

Lookers in Chelmsford is seeking an ambitious Parts Manager to lead the aftersales team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high performance across the department. You will report to the General Manager and oversee Service Advisors, Technicians and the Parts team.

You will manage day-to-day workshop operations, drive productivity, and ensure upselling targets are met while maintaining customer focus and KPI goals. A full UK driving licence is required.
