Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Operations Manager, supporting the Chief Technology Office Infrastructure organisation (CTOi).

Responsibilities
  • Develop business cases to support delivery of strategic objectives
  • Define and execute long term strategies for major vendors, commercial optimisation and infrastructure simplification
  • Provide clear executive reporting, decision support and risk insight to enable timely sponsor and senior leader decisions
  • Lead optimisation planning and execution, ensuring alignment with CTOi strategy, target architecture, and operational priorities
Qualifications
  • Proven experience driving operational performance and commercial optimisation across finance, workforce and vendor management
  • Experience managing complex and large vendor service arrangements, including T&M, managed services, hardware and software, with experience managing $50m+ contracts
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with ability to build effective partnerships across Technology, Procurement, Finance, Risk and Operations
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and commercial topics clearly and concisely to all levels, including senior leadership
  • Track record in technology vendor and/or operations management, ideally within financial services or a large multinational environment
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including accounting fundamentals
  • Highly analytical and outcome focused, able to synthesize complex information and make data driven decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational risk and deliver under pressure in a fast changing environment
