Senior Onboarding Analyst

QED are excited to be working with a leading Fintech that are looking to bring on a new Team Leader for their Onboarding team.

in this role

• You'll lead a team conducting KYC checks and risk assessments for new business and personal customers.
• You'll manage daily onboarding operations, ensuring compliance with AML regulations and the firm's risk framework.
• This role involves mentoring the team, maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards, and working with Compliance and Risk teams to resolve escalations and improve processes.

About you:

• Experience in Leadership and coaching within a Financial Services Environment
• Excellent experience in Onboarding, CDD and AML
• Previous experience with onboarding and compliance systems
