Job Description
QED are excited to be working with a leading Fintech that are looking to bring on a new Team Leader for their Onboarding team.
in this role
- You'll lead a team conducting KYC checks and risk assessments for new business and personal customers.
- You'll manage daily onboarding operations, ensuring compliance with AML regulations and the firm's risk framework.
- This role involves mentoring the team, maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards, and working with Compliance and Risk teams to resolve escalations and improve processes.
About you:
- Experience in Leadership and coaching within a Financial Services Environment
- Excellent experience in Onboarding, CDD and AML
- Previous experience with onboarding and compliance systems
