Contract role, Occupational Therapy Adult Social Care Team

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist in North London.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Duty Team: screen referrals and allocate work to OT staff.
• Manage the internal adaptations email inbox with support from 2 other senior staff.
• Hold a small caseload of complex cases and urgent manual handling.
• Supervise 2 Occupational Therapists.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of senior level experience within adult social care.
• Experience working within an OT Duty Team and with major adaptations is preferred.

Role Details

• Rate £37 per hour, negotiable for a very experienced and right candidate.
• Hybrid working - minimum 1-2 days in the office.
• Likely to be ongoing. 35 hours per week.
