Senior Nursery Leader: EYFS, SEND & Safeguarding

EKC Canterbury Nursery is seeking an experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner to lead a base room and inspire a team within the East Kent Colleges Group. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, support colleagues, and build strong partnerships with families.

In this role you will take ownership of a specialist area such as safeguarding or wellbeing, drive continuous improvement, and model outstanding practice for the staff team.
