Social Housing Retrofit Project Manager - Decarbonisation

Wates Smartspace in Leamington Spa area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver planned retrofit works across occupied social housing properties. You'll lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality are met while working with operational teams, clients, residents and the supply chain.

The role requires strong track record in social housing planned works and retrofit, with SMSTS, CSCS and full UK driving licence.
