Job Description
Response is seeking a Senior Mental Health Support Worker for Harwood House in Aylesbury. The role involves leading shifts, managing medication, supervising staff, and ensuring safety in a 24/7 supported living setting for adults with long-term mental health issues.
You will provide person-centred support, mentor colleagues, handle referrals and risk assessments, and contribute to daily living activities and community engagement. 37 hours weekly with varied shifts.
