Be at the forefront of our Marketing Transformation in this newly created Market Integration role - a pivotal senior account management role designed to support multi-market and market-driven briefs, working closely with our Western Europe Design BUs (FRIB and EUC), internal teams, and external agencies. Core Responsibilities The role will work directly into the Head of the London Agency, with strong links to the Head of Account Handling and team. Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is an organisation that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group. The global development is driven out of The LEGO Groups head Quarter in Billund, Denmark. Location wise OLA also has offices in Copenhagen, Boston, London, Singapore and Shanghai. Proven experience from a world-class creative agency, having delivered standout work for major brands in advertising or integrated marketing, ideally at Account Director level or higher. You have a deep expertise in developing campaigns for France and Germany. You have lived in one of the two markets, you have significant experience working with stakeholders in those markets, and a strong understanding what it takes to deliver standout work in those markets. You've worked across Brand and Product marketing (Shopper experience is a bonus) and know what it takes to deliver at scale without losing the magic. You communicate with clarity, influence with empathy, and collaborate with purpose.
