(Senior) Manager Transfer Pricing

As (Senior) Manager Transfer Pricing, you will support the development, implementation, and governance of PUMA's global transfer pricing framework. You will act as a trusted business partner to finance, tax, and operational stakeholders worldwide and ensure the consistent application of transfer pricing policies across the Group.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate global transfer pricing compliance activities, including preparation of Master Files, Local Files, intercompany agreements, and related disclosures and reporting obligations.
- Develop practical and sustainable transfer pricing solutions and translate complex tax matters into actionable business recommendations.
- Drive the implementation and governance of PUMA's global transfer pricing framework, monitor operational transfer pricing outcomes, and proactively manage risks and corrective actions.
- Support transfer pricing audits and dispute resolution processes, including related stakeholder management.
- Contribute to strategic projects, business transformations, and the continuous enhancement of PUMA's transfer pricing framework.
- Act as a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters across business, finance, and operational functions.
- Translate complex transfer pricing matters into practical business solutions.
- Balance technical accuracy with commercial realities.
- Build trusted relationships across functions, cultures, and seniority levels.
- Work independently, proactively, and with a strong sense of accountability.
- Thrive in a fast paced international environment.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment and/or a leading tax advisory firm.
- Strong technical expertise in OECD transfer pricing principles and international taxation.
- Analytical, business oriented, and solution driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Business fluency in German and English.
- Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, or similar systems.
