We are currently working with a first mid tier firm in London known for its entrepreneurial culture, friendly culture, and work life balance.

This position offers a unique blend of strategic involvement and technical work. You will play a critical role in guiding complex tax advisory and transaction projects. Working alongside experienced partners and directors, you will provide tailored tax advice to a diverse client base involved in high value corporate transactions.

• Leading tax structuring and due diligence for M&A activities, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance.
• Managing and delivering technical advisory reports and supporting post sale integration and group rationalisation exercises.
• Driving the development and delivery of innovative tax solutions to enhance client outcomes and firm growth.
• Collaborating closely with the Corporate Finance team to deliver integrated client solutions that set the firm apart in the marketplace.
