Would you like to join our HR team?We are looking for a committed personality to join our CoE Total Rewards team. This role is responsible for implementing and adapting our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes, as well as driving initiatives aimed at attracting, recognizing, and retaining talent. One of the main responsibilities is to develop and conduct analyses, evaluate results, and provide recommendations to support the development and maintenance of effective C&B programs aligned with our Total Rewards strategy. Another key task is to actively support the team in designing new processes and initiative, from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Advising HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits topics
- Supporting the development, adjustment, and implementation of compensation & benefits processes and initiatives in collaboration with other HR departments
- Conducting complex analyses in the area of pay equity
- Assisting in the execution of a global project related to sales compensation
- Performing job evaluations and maintaining the global job evaluation database
- Participating in annual processes, particularly the Annual Salary Review and Global Bonus Plan
- Collecting internal and external data and participating in benchmarking studies
- Preparing information sessions on compensation and benefits for employees and developing professional communication materials for employees and managers
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, economics, law, social sciences, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in HR or finance within a company and/or consulting firm
- Professional knowledge in the area of compensation and benefits
- Excellent communication skills and experience in project management, change management, and stakeholder management
- Basic knowledge of modern HR management methods, measures, processes, and programs
- Conceptual and analytical skills, strong IT user skills, especially in MS Excel
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
