Job Description

Job Description
  • Engage with clients regularly in strategic and planning discussions to foster growth for both clients and Visa.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align and deliver partnership objectives, including a joint product roadmap.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve internal and external challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, employing critical thinking, creativity, and decision-making skills.
  • Deliver business impact and innovation by understanding key business issues and opportunities of the acquirer's business.
  • Identify and manage sales growth opportunities with acquirers and merchants, pitch payment solutions, and develop new payment acceptance strategies to build a pipeline of client solutions.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including acquirers, merchants, gateways, ISVs, and other partners.
  • Partner with teams across product, marketing, analytics, risk, innovation, and industry verticals to execute projects leveraging Visa's resources.
  • Produce insights and analyses to improve client performance and deepen understanding of client issues.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build strategic partnerships, collaborate across a matrixed organization, and ensure high-quality, timely results.
  • Robust analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a drive to understand and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively with external stakeholders.
