Senior Manager - Sales Management Solutions
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Manager to lead customer-focused initiatives and oversee key sales excellence programs during a dynamic transformation period. This role involves managing multiple product owners and business analysts and ensuring successful rollouts of integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate major customer solutions programs, including RGM, Sales Execution, and Perfect Store initiatives.
* Oversee a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts (approx. 8 people) across multiple workstreams.
* Act as a business partner to stakeholders, ensuring structured meetings with clear objectives and outcomes.
* Collaborate with IT for technical aspects while focusing on functional delivery.
* Ensure alignment across sales channels, retail, and wholesale solutions.
Must-Have Skills
* Strong people management and leadership experience.
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Functional knowledge of Salesforce, RGM solutions, and retail execution tools
* Experience with large-scale sales programs and digital transformation projects.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver structured outputs.
