• Manage cross-border and UK teams on advisory projects, liaising with specialists, overseas firms, and external advisers, and reviewing their input to deliver successful outcomes
• Oversee and deliver corporate tax advisory and compliance work for a varied client portfolio, collaborating closely with Partners and Directors
• Build strong client relationships, understand their business, expand your network, and identify opportunities to support wider tax and related services
• Support team operations, including resourcing, coaching, and developing junior team members
• Manage engagement quality, risk processes, and client financials

Profile

A successful Senior Manager - Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance Services should have:

• CTA or ACA / CA qualified
• Extensive knowledge and experience in corporate tax and other accounting matters
• A curious mindset and a commercial approach to solving problems and delivering advice
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities to support the development of junior staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients and teams
