Senior Key Account Manager, MS - North West England

Job Description Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join the team working on one of our priority brands for MS. This role offers the chance to develop your career while contributing to the success of a team that has positively impacted many people living with MS in the UK.
Note: This role requires the successful candidate to reside in the North West of England and have the right to work in the UK. Visa or relocation support are not provided.
Major accountabilities:
- Develop business plans and execute activities such as customer events, sales & marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to meet objectives.
- Achieve sales, productivity, and performance targets within set budgets and timelines.
- Support Key Account/Hospital networks and market access, including referral networks.
- Gain deep knowledge of MS specialist areas and priority products.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, strategies, messaging, company developments, customers, and competitors.
- Meet contact, coverage, and communication frequency targets through various channels.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve shared goals.
- Provide input on promotional activities and territory sales forecasting.

Essential requirements:
- Experience in a UK-based pharmaceutical role, preferably in a specialist sales capacity.
