Senior IT Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Munich

Your tasks

Design, implementation, and communication (40%):

  • You design and implement modern workplace solutions and are responsible for rollout, communication, and enablement within the organization.
  • You will independently analyze requirements from specialist departments and translate them into process designs and viable operating concepts.
  • Through training, guidelines, and coaching, you will strengthen user know-how and build a sustainable multiplier network.

Ensuring operational tasks (60%):

  • During regular operations, you ensure the stability and quality of the applications, infrastructures, and services you support.
  • You actively participate in incident, change, and major incident processes and evaluate technical impacts on operations.
  • As the central interface, you will coordinate specialist departments, IT support, and service providers and manage the transfer of new services into operation

Your profile
  • Degree in computer science or business administration or comparable professional training with additional qualifications
  • Several years of experience in the modern workplace environment and statutory health insurance processes, as well as in-depth knowledge of ITSM, process analysis, and IT projects.
  • Practical experience with technologies such as M365, Entra ID, Intune, Citrix, Jira/Confluence, as well as communication and collaboration platforms and user/rights management.
  • Strong analytical skills, highly results-oriented and a structured, quality-conscious working style
  • Strong communication and coaching skills combined with conceptual strength and a willingness to take on operational responsibility
  • Team spirit and a confident manner when working with stakeholders, specialist departments, and service providers.
