Job Description

Pablosky is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager Sales Footwear, to join our Sales International team based in Toledo, Spain.

Pablosky is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager Sales Footwear to lead the expansion of our sales network, drive the go-to-market process, and implement a growth strategy for strategic accounts. We are looking for a passionate and results driven International Sales Manager that are eager to pioneer Pablosky brand into new doors and countries.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Sales Network Development: Build and strengthen the global sales network identifying and engaging key partners, agencies and distributors.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the market entry and expansion strategy, ensuring an effective approach for brand positioning and product penetration in different countries.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Develop and implement tailored strategies to drive business growth with key strategic accounts, optimizing relationships and maximizing revenue potential.
  • Business Development & Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and define targeted actions.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and optimize sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a cohesive commercial approach.

Skills For Success

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager / Sales Manager in the footwear or fashion industry.
  • Strong expertise in sales network development and go-to-market processes on a global scale.
  • Track record of successfully managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent understanding of international market dynamics and distribution models.
  • Ability to work with external consultants and internal stakeholders to implement sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, including after-sales support and issue resolution.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
