Senior HRBP - 12m FTC - Media

Overview

A global media business is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting immediately. This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running and partner with senior leaders across a complex, high-growth organisation, shaping the people agenda and helping the business move fast.

Responsibilities

• Advise on organisational design, talent planning, performance, and change.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple markets in the UK and Europe, turning insight into practical action at pace.

Qualifications

• Solid HRBP experience in complex, media organisations across the UK and EMEA.
• Pragmatic and strategic approach; confident navigating ambiguity while keeping people at the centre of decisions.
• Previous entertainment industry experience or enthusiasm is favourable.

Working arrangements

Hybrid working based out of Central London offices.
