My client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. This role is based fully onsite in Co. Tipperary.

As the Senior HR manager, in this operational role, you will have responsibility in a unionised environment, managing all areas of the HR agenda including recruitment, training, employee relations, industrial relations and engagement.

What are we looking for?

• 5-10years' HR experience, including a minimum of 3years at management level.

• Experience in a labour-intensive, operational environment, ideally manufacturing, food production, retail/hospitality or a similar sector.

• Experience working within a unionised environment - ideally

• Strong employee relations experience, with the ability to coach and advise managers and supervisors.

• Hands-on, commercially focused approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyse HR data, identify issues and implement practical solutions.

• Travel to sister sites - Own transport & driving license required
