Senior HR Manager - Manufacturing & Union Relations

Matrix Recruitment Group are supporting a manufacturing client in County Tipperary with a Senior HR Manager role based fully onsite. You will lead a broad HR remit in a unionised, operational environment, driving people strategies across recruitment, employee relations, training, safety and engagement.

You will partner with Site Operations, Managers and the Group HR function to deliver practical HR solutions, ensure compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced
