About the Role: We are hiring a hands-on Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, you will drive people programs that fuel high performance, agility and collaboration across the business. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about elevating company performance and building scalable people practices. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll provide deep HR expertise and business acumen to help leaders navigate complex challenges and drive growth. You will need to influence, advise, and partner cross-functionally. The success of this role will be measured by its ability to:

  • Serve as the London office site leader, regional HR Business Partner for the UK, and work with leadership across functions to align talent strategies with business priorities.
  • Support organizational design, team scaling and workforce planning as the business evolves rapidly.
  • Provide expert counsel on complex employee matters.
  • Drive execution of UK people initiatives, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and localization for compliance and culture.
What You'll Bring
  • A genuine interest in Behavox's mission, market, and technologies.
  • 10+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments (AI, SaaS or deep tech).
  • Deep business acumen and a track record supporting organizations through rapid growth and change.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent judgement and experience managing complex, nuanced employee matters.
  • Ability to lead through influence, manage ambiguity, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse functions and geographies.

  • Proactively mitigate risks and ensure compliance through sound employee relations practices.
  • Independently lead large-scale initiatives with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Build stage-appropriate HR programs and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage performance, career development, and training programs that support growth and engagement.
  • Leverage people metrics and analytics to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HRBP for North America and COEs to deliver a unified employee experience.
