Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner for their operations in County Cavan.

This is a senior HR leadership opportunity, partnering closely with business leaders to shape and deliver the people strategy while leading and developing the HRBP team. You'll play a key role across organisational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning, change and people compliance.

The Opportunity

• Partner with senior leaders across people, culture, performance and organisational effectiveness
• Lead, coach and develop the HR Business Partner team
• Lead complex Employee Relations matters and act as a senior escalation point
• Drive workforce planning, talent and succession initiatives
• Lead organisational change programmes and support culture and engagement
• Use people data and insights to influence business and workforce decisions
• Ensure compliance across Irish employment law, WRC processes, GDPR and wider HR governance

What You'll Need

• 7+ years' progressive HR experience, including senior HR partnering within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar environment
• Proven experience leading HRBPs and managing complex ER and organisational change
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and WRC processes
• Experience in workforce planning and using HR analytics to inform decisions
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Relevant third-level HR qualification
• CIPD qualification is desirable
