The Role People Leadership & Development

  • Implement and maximise the new sales portal system
  • Hit aggressive targets in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Strategic Expansion
  • Support the new office openings and drive regional growth
  • Lead commercial strategy for market expansion
  • Leverage multi-location experience to scale operations effectively
  • Sit on the Senior Leadership Team with clear progression to board level
