The Role People Leadership & Development- Lead, coach and develop the existing sales team plus future hires
- Transform existing account managers into high-performing professionals
- Foster healthy competition and collaboration across multiple office locations
- Build a results-driven culture focused on both individual and team excellence
- Drive and exceed the current YoY growth trajectory
- Take full P&L responsibility with laser focus on profitability and numbers
- Execute the company's ambitious 5-year strategic plan
- Implement and maximise the new sales portal system
- Hit aggressive targets in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Support the new office openings and drive regional growth
- Lead commercial strategy for market expansion
- Leverage multi-location experience to scale operations effectively
- Sit on the Senior Leadership Team with clear progression to board level
- Significant experience managing and developing sales teams in target-driven environments
- Track record of transforming underperforming teams into market leaders
- Natural ability to coach, mentor and unlock potential in others
- Experience leading teams through rapid growth phases
- Strong P&L management experience with focus on profitability
- Multi-location or international expansion experience essential
- History of hitting aggressive targets in competitive markets
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
